This vin de Pays des bouches du Rhône is produced from Syrah and Caladoc and vinified with cold pre-fermentation maceration with punching down, racking and vatting for 21 days. Malolactic fermentation and aging take place in barrels in which the wine will be kept for 12 months. Deep and brilliant purple color with aromas of red fruits, on the palate, cherry, raspberry, intense fruits, slightly vanilla, envelop the palate while maintaining a well-balanced structure. Our gourmet advice: A 7-hour lamb, grilled beef, a tuna steak with Mediterranean scents.
