This is the largest regional sale of the estate, a real local institution. A specialty of the Domaine, obtained by maceration and not by bleeding, of the 5 red and white grape varieties of the Jura (Pinot Noir, Trousseau, Poulsard, Chardonnay, Savagnin), followed by aging for 2 years in barrels. This blend is intended to reflect the wines of yesteryear, made from grapes mixed in the vineyard. It is to our knowledge the only one still practiced in the Jura.
