Château Mouresse – Blanc Classic 2021 – Côtes de Provence

Grapes: 60% Rolle, 40% Semillon
Majority in this blend, the Rolle, an aromatic grape variety provides balance and complexity, the Sémillon completes it by providing structure.

Tasting notes
Colour: Very pale golden yellow with silver highlights
Aromas: Exotic fruits, pineapple, white melon with a hint of spice
In the mouth: Fresh and refreshing attack with a crunchy side with notes of tropical fruits with a hint of honey. We find the volume and the aromatics of Sémillon. The finish is on the freshness with very pleasant lemony notes, then we find a mineral side and a touch of bitterness.

Food-Wine Harmony
To be served with foie gras, a seafood platter, tagliatelle with walnut sauce or even marinière mussels, especially the spicy versions.
