Hugel – Pinot Gris Classic 2023

A straw yellow color with beautiful slightly coppery reflections welcomes us. The nose is young, on the fruit of the grape variety, the varietal dimension, the yellow fruits and the floral notes are still expressed in their simplicity while the wine is in its first years of life. With aging in the bottle, riper fruits: fig, apricot, pear but also typical notes of noble oak, patinated furniture and undergrowth will add complexity. The palate is ample and salivating, barely revealing a slight richness that a beautiful acid frame holds in respect in a nice balance typical of the house and which makes it a wine perfectly suited to the table.
