The property<\/span><\/strong> James Suckling : 93\/100<\/em><\/p>\n Grand Cru Class\u00e9 AOC Pauillac en 1855<\/span><\/strong>, Ch\u00e2teau Lynch-Moussas covers 62 hectares of land in the Pauillac and Haut-M\u00e9doc appellations.<\/p>\n The vines, planted on beautiful G\u00fcnz gravel hilltops composed of pebbles and gravel cemented by clayey sands, are treated with the greatest care to allow them to express all the richness of their terroir. The Ch\u00e2teau Lynch-Moussas vineyard, composed mainly of Cabernet Sauvignon (75%) and Merlot (25%), is contiguous to a certain number of other Grands Crus Class\u00e9s, in particular parcels belonging to Ch\u00e2teaux Latour, Lynch-Bages, Pichon-Longueville Baron, Grand-Puy-Lacoste and of course Batailley, which shows the quality of the soil and its production.<\/p>\n Cabernet-Sauvignon 83% Pairings<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n Rack of lamb with porcini mushrooms, leg of lamb, fillet of beef with mushrooms.<\/p>\n Decanter \u201cWines of the year 2021\u201d <\/strong><\/p>\n
\nCh\u00e2teau Lynch-Moussas was in the 18th century, like Lynch-Bages, the property of the famous Lynch family of Irish origin. The 62-hectare vineyard is planted with 75% Cabernet Sauvignon and 25% Merlot.
