It seduces with its legendary finesse and elegance.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>WINEMAKING<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The wines are generous, very respectful of their terroir, and accessible in their youth in all simplicity.<\/p>\n<p>Our winemaking methods remain classic: fermentation under indigenous yeasts, maturing from 12 to 18 months in oak barrels. Each wine respects the same manufacturing process, and thus gives the best characteristics of its terroir.
