Altitude 260 meters.<\/li>\n<li>Area : 7a81<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>TASTING <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Its finesse, its elegance and its aromatic complexity grow after long years of ageing, to reveal all its power.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>WINEMAKING<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The wines are generous, very respectful of their terroir, and accessible in their youth in all simplicity.<\/p>\n<p>Our winemaking methods remain classic: fermentation under indigenous yeasts, maturing from 12 to 18 months in oak barrels. Each wine respects the same manufacturing process, and thus gives the best characteristics of its terroir.
