A true Rosé wine, but so close to fruit juice, a wine that enchants the palate; freshness of fine bubbles, suavity of fruit aromas, allegria of a moderate alcohol content!
Mas de Daumas Gassac Rosé Frizant is an exceptional sparkling wine, born from the imagination of Véronique and Aimé Guibert after a trip to Italy. Inspired by Espumantes, this sparkling rosé wine is produced using the Charmat method, offering a unique tasting experience.
“Made from the estate’s young vines, grown on white clay soils in the Gassac Valley, this wine is a harmonious blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (70%) and Mourvèdre (30%), with touches of Pinot Noir, Petit Manseng, and Muscat. The grapes are harvested by hand, followed by low-temperature bleeding and fermentation in closed vats to preserve all the freshness and fruity aromas.”
“The result is a naturally sparkling rosé wine with fine, delicate bubbles, offering aromas of fresh red fruits and a light and refreshing palate. With a moderate alcohol content of 11%, it is ideal for convivial and festive occasions.”
“Best enjoyed chilled, between 4 and 6°C, Mas de Daumas Gassac Rosé Frizant is the perfect aperitif, paired with tapas, fish tartare, or fresh cheeses. It also pairs wonderfully with fruity desserts, such as pavlova or fruit salad.”
