Still very young color with dominant light green reflections, with in addition straw yellow nuances with a pronounced and limpid brilliance.
A beautiful supple and unctuous leg.

The bouquet won you over immediately with its spontaneity and harmony.
A frankness of rare expression awakens your senses and gluttony.

Pleasantly fruity, with very ripe yellow fruit, apricot, golden apple, Reine-Claude, acacia honey, fresh brioche, liquorice with a slight touch of smoke and flint, which authenticates the Pinot Gris grape variety at excellent maturity without being botrytised.

On the palate, we find this balance, this harmony, tender, melted, with a beautiful structure, smoothness and charm, giving us a finish of a dry wine, caressing very tasty, with a refined generosity.

A wine that encourages us to savor it immediately, thanks to all its qualities, but it is also a great wine for aging between 3 and 12 years.
