How is a wine dealcoholized?
A wine is first vinified as usual, then the alcohol is removed using gentle techniques such as:

• Vacuum evaporation: the alcohol evaporates at a low temperature.

• Reverse osmosis: the alcohol is filtered out while preserving the aromas.

• Vacuum distillation: the aromas are extracted first, then the alcohol, before everything is recombined.
