C.F.11 – Dario Di Vaira: a pure Cabernet Franc, from a single 11-row plot in Bolgheri. Aged for 18 months in French barrels and then refined in the bottle, this wine, with its sophisticated bouquet of red fruits, mineral notes and elegant spicy nuances, stands out for its noble structure, refined balance and persistent freshness. A rare pleasure, produced in very limited quantities, to be enjoyed now or left to mature in the cellar.

Coming from a family established in Bolgheri since the 1950s, Dario Di Vaira took the reins of the family estate in 2008 after studying viticulture and oenology. His approach combines technical rigor, respect for the terroir and gustatory creativity. A philosophical winemaker, he favors elegance and verticality over opulence, with meticulous monitoring from the vine to the cellar. The estate extends over approximately 8 hectares of vines (out of a total of 18 ha including other crops) located along the Via Bolgherese, in the immediate vicinity of the sea. An independent and passionate winemaker, Dario embodies with modernity the spirit of Bolgheri: a production on a human scale, anchored in the terroir and family history, focused on quality, sustainability and creativity, with clean, elegant wines, rooted in their terroir.
