The wines produced at Croix Mouton are enjoyable wines, excellent in their youth. Made entirely from Merlot, they are full-bodied and fleshy, easy to drink but with finesse, and they finally offer us a succulent expression of tangy red fruits on the palate. Once the first vintage was released, it was not long before Château Croix Mouton was recognized and described as excellent value for money by Bordeaux wine professionals. A particularity of Château Croix Mouton lies in the fact that its “M” changes each year, a way for us to mark each passing vintage with a color and a shape, because each year has its own personality.
