This dry and fruity white is a beautiful blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay. The nose expresses itself with freshness: lemon, white-fleshed fruits, herbaceous and floral notes. On the palate, the liveliness of the Sauvignon is tempered by the roundness of the Chardonnay, creating a beautiful balance. The finish is light, thirst-quenching and very pleasant. It is a pleasant wine, easy to drink, perfect as an aperitif or with a salad, seafood or goat cheese. Serve well chilled. An accessible white, typically from the Loire, at a low price.

Located in Cour-Cheverny, in the heart of the Loire Valley, the Caves Bellier family estate has been cultivating vines for several generations. The property covers around thirty hectares spread between the Cheverny and Cour-Cheverny appellations, on sandy-clay and limestone soils. The house’s style is based on the freshness, finesse, and purity of expression of Loire grape varieties such as Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Romorantin. The vineyard is managed sustainably, with great respect for the environment and the fruit. Caves Bellier offers accessible, honest vintages that are highly representative of their terroir.
