Paul Jaboulet Aîné’s Crozes-Hermitage “Domaine de Roure” white is an exceptional cuvée made exclusively from the Marsanne grape variety, grown on a remarkable terroir located in Gervans, north of Tain-l’Hermitage. The vines, planted between 1945 and 2000, thrive on deep soils composed of white earth and loess, which give the wine a delicate minerality and beautiful complexity. This elegant and structured white wine reveals a perfect harmony between aromatic richness and invigorating freshness, a faithful reflection of Paul Jaboulet Aîné’s rigorous know-how and the unique identity of the Crozes-Hermitage terroir. On the nose, it expresses subtle aromas of white-fleshed fruits, white flowers and slightly spicy nuances, while on the palate, it seduces with its ample texture, balanced freshness and a long, saline finish. The Crozes-Hermitage “Domaine de Roure” white goes perfectly with noble fish, shellfish, as well as refined dishes based on poultry or mature cheeses.

Founded in 1834 on the Hermitage hill in Tain-l’Hermitage, the Paul Jaboulet Aîné estate oversees an exceptional winemaking heritage, bringing together the most renowned terroirs of the northern Rhône Valley.
