The nose is intense, blending wood, earth, red fruits and minerality, enhanced by spicy touches such as green pepper and clove. On the palate, the wine seduces with its elegance, complexity and length, with a silky finish dominated by the freshness of cherries and ripe strawberries.

The Urtiga vineyard, planted on terraces with very old vines, is home to an incredible diversity of 63 indigenous grape varieties. Since 2017, the cultivation has been entirely organic. Each vine is meticulously monitored, combining ancestral knowledge and cutting-edge technologies to determine the ideal harvest time. The grapes are harvested early in the morning, sorted bunch by bunch, then foot-trodden according to tradition. Vinification continues in oak barrels, followed by 18 months of aging in barrels, then two additional years in bottle.
