Paul Jaboulet Aîné’s Hermitage Blanc “La Chapelle” is an iconic cuvée, made exclusively from the Marsanne grape variety. This exceptional wine comes from the finest terroirs of the Hermitage appellation, notably the terraced plots located on the slopes of the Rhône, primarily in the Rocoules locality, which benefits from optimal exposure and rich clay-limestone soils.
Hermitage Blanc “La Chapelle” combines power and finesse with remarkable elegance. It perfectly reflects the estate’s rigorous expertise as well as the unique character of the granite terroir of the Hermitage hills. Whether for immediate enjoyment or extended cellaring, this wine will delight discerning lovers of fine white wines with its complexity, aromatic richness, and length on the palate.
Founded in 1834 on the Hermitage hill in Tain-l’Hermitage, the Paul Jaboulet Aîné estate oversees an exceptional winemaking heritage, bringing together the most renowned terroirs of the northern Rhône Valley. Today, it oversees 105 hectares of vineyards, stretching from Cornas to Côte-Rôtie, in the heart of the most prestigious appellations of the northern Rhône Valley.
Thanks to precise vinification and meticulous work in the vineyards, the estate crafts tailor-made vintages that accurately express the richness and diversity of their terroirs of origin. Since 2016, all of its wines have been certified organic, demonstrating a strong commitment to quality and respect for the environment.
Paul Jaboulet Aîné thus embodies the quintessence of the great wines of the Rhône Valley, between tradition, high standards and excellence.
