Located in the Mâconnais region, the village of Lugny is renowned for producing expressive and balanced Chardonnays. The cuvée Les Crays from Maison Joseph Drouhin comes from a well-exposed hillside with limestone soils, producing a wine of beautiful aromatic purity. On the nose, we find notes of pear, white peach, spring flowers, and a slight mineral touch. The palate is full-bodied, fresh, and silky, with a lovely lively finish. This charming wine can be enjoyed as an aperitif, as well as with seafood, roast poultry, or vegetarian dishes. It reflects all the finesse and elegance of the Drouhin style applied to the Mâconnais region.
