Pale yellow-green color, initial nose of fresh marc, fresh grapes, then ripe white fruits, and candied fruits.
A highly complex bouquet of ripe fruits and dried fruits (fig, prune, apple, pear, angelica, mirabelle plum, raisins, almond cream, honey, woodruff, anise, etc.).
A particularly long and complex finish for a liqueur wine, where traces of brandy fade to offer the pleasure of a sweet wine.
This is the estate’s largest regional sale, a true local institution. A specialty of the Estate, obtained by maceration and not by bleeding, of the 5 red and white grape varieties of the Jura (Pinot Noir, Trousseau, Poulsard, Chardonnay, Savagnin), followed by aging for 2 years in barrels. This blend is intended to reflect the wines of yesteryear, made from grapes mixed in the vineyard. To our knowledge, it is the only one still practiced in the Jura.
