Located in one of Meursault’s most prestigious vineyards, Perrières is renowned for producing wines of rare distinction, combining finesse and mineral intensity. Joseph Drouhin’s Meursault 1er Cru Perrières opens with pure aromas of white flowers, ripe citrus, and warm stone, with a subtly toasted touch. On the palate, the tension is masterful: a straight, almost crystalline structure supports an elegant and deep body, driven by perfectly measured aging. This Chardonnay expresses the nobility of its limestone terroir with remarkable precision. It will pair wonderfully with refined dishes such as noble fish, turbot with beurre blanc sauce, or truffled poultry.
