An original blend of Barbera and Syrah, Mompertone expresses the richness of Monferrato, a hilly land with sandy-clay soils, ideal for fruity and spicy reds. The nose reveals notes of black cherry, plum, black pepper, and violet. On the palate, the Barbera brings a beautiful natural acidity, while the Syrah adds structure and character.
