This Cloudline is a ruby red wine with a hint of purple; its bouquet is mainly composed of notes of wild berries, red and black; it is very supple and fresh on the palate with its ripe fruit flavors; its balance is ensured by a subtle bitterness on the finish; drink now and over the next 2-3 years; serve at 16° Celsius with roast poultry, lamb, veal, pork, and why not with salmon, as a fillet or tartare.
