Álvaro Palacios’ Finca Dofí is one of the most iconic wines from the Priorat region in Catalonia, perfectly showcasing the unique expression of Grenache-based terroir.

This single-vineyard red comes from old vines planted on steep terraces of licorella (the characteristic black slate of Priorat). Extremely low yields produce concentrated, expressive fruit, offering remarkable depth and intensity.

On the nose, Finca Dofí captivates with vibrant aromas of ripe red and black fruits, subtle floral hints, and delicate spices such as licorice and Mediterranean herbs, complemented by mineral notes that reflect its rugged terroir.
