Located near Pouilly-Fuissé, the Pouilly-Vinzelles appellation benefits from a south-facing clay-limestone terroir, ideal for Chardonnay. Pouilly-Vinzelles from Maison Joseph Drouhin reveals a luminous wine with great aromatic purity. The nose opens with notes of ripe white fruits, citrus, fresh flowers and a light toasted touch. On the palate, it combines roundness, tension and minerality, with a lingering finish marked by finesse. It is a gastronomic wine, perfect with fish in sauce, shellfish or creamed poultry.
