Château Châtelet, a Saint-Émilion grand cru, offers a generous wine with aromas of black cherry, plum, and licorice, with a round, velvety palate and a slightly spicy finish. A charming wine, typical of the Right Bank.
Château Le Chatelet is the quintessence of Saint-Émilion: a confidential 3.2-hectare estate on the famous limestone plateau, located among the greatest wines of the appellation. Led by Julien Berjal, heir to a tradition written in stone, this Grand Cru Classé (rehabilitated in 2012) offers wines of rare elegance: a silky Merlot–Cabernet Franc blend, finely aged in selected barrels. A limited production, discreet expertise… but undeniably evident to connoisseurs.
