Coming from a single vineyard located on the Santa Pia hill, this wine represents the estate’s highest expression. Produced only in the best years, it is made from carefully selected Prugnolo Gentile (Sangiovese) grapes, then aged for a long time in oak barrels. The nose is intense and complex, blending ripe black fruits, cocoa, leather, and sweet spices. On the palate, it is distinguished by its richness, deep structure, and perfectly integrated tannins. Its long, flavorful finish demonstrates excellent aging potential. This is a noble, distinguished wine that combines power and elegance with rare precision.

Located between the hills of Montepulciano and Cortona, in southeastern Tuscany, the La Braccesca estate has belonged to the Antinori family since 1990. This vast estate, covering approximately 500 hectares, of which more than 250 are planted with vines, benefits from a mosaic of unique terroirs, where clay, sand, and limestone deposits blend harmoniously. It is in this stunningly beautiful natural setting that Sangiovese—here called Prugnolo Gentile—gives birth to one of the region’s most iconic wines: Vino Nobile di Montepulciano.
