2023 stands out as one of the warmest years in Burgundy, even surpassing 2022.
The grapes were harvested at perfect ripeness.
The wines are highly aromatic, with notes of yellow fruit and flowers. On the palate, they are full and rich, combining generosity, freshness, and finesse, with a climate that enhances the terroirs without overpowering them.
Like 2022, 2023 should greatly appeal to wine lovers.

The Santenay Premier Cru Gravières Blanc displays a beautiful golden hue, pale gold, with a lovely brilliance.

Its complex nose reveals aromas of dried fruits, with brioche notes, blending with touches of white flowers.
The palate is dense and complex, with a fine minerality.

Production commune of the appellation: Santenay.

Location: to the east of the village of Santenay, in the south of the Côte de Beaune.

History & tradition: the place name comes from the Latin “grava,” which gave rise to “gravier” and “gravière.”
