Tasting Notes
The light golden color, enlivened by fine, elegant bubbles, invites tasting. The nose reveals delicate aromas of white fruits (pear, apple), enhanced by floral notes and light brioche nuances. Founded in 1776 in Reims, the house of Louis Roederer is one of the last great Champagne houses still family-owned and independent. The jewel of the house is undoubtedly the legendary Cristal, created in 1876 for Tsar Alexander II, a symbol of Champagne luxury and finesse. But Louis Roederer also produces more confidential cuvées, such as Champagne Théophile, a tribute to the family’s great-grandfather, which embodies a rare and refined expression of the terroir.

In 2024, Louis Roederer was voted “Most Admired Champagne Brand” for the fifth time, confirming its status as a global icon of prestigious champagne.
