This is only the sixth vintage of this unique wine by Caroline Frey, in the Swiss Valais. On her 1,200 m² cultivated “like a garden,” she does everything herself: from the vineyard to the cellar, including the harvest… by wheelbarrow! Each barrel is carefully monitored, by hand and by heart. This confidential micro-production gives birth to a rare wine: only 500 numbered bottles are produced each year.
