Les Grains Blancs de Mon Jardin Secret, by Caroline Frey, is a rare wine produced from just 1,200 m² of vines tended like a garden in the Swiss Valais. She does everything herself—from the vineyard to the winemaking process, including wheelbarrow harvests! Her limited production produces barely 500 numbered bottles per year. The wine reveals a luminous pale yellow color. The nose charms with aromas of juicy pear, white peach, and acacia blossom, enhanced by a lively hint of citrus.
