Fine brandy made from ripe mirabelle plums, carefully distilled and aged in barrels. Delicate nose of yellow fruits and stone, warm, fruity and perfectly balanced on the palate.

An Alsatian artisanal family distillery, founded in the 1960s by Jean-Paul Metté, passionately continued by the Traber family: Philippe, then Nathalie and Timothée.
True to tradition (meticulous selection, double distillation, patient aging), it offers a rich range—around 88 eaux-de-vie and 32 liqueurs—with classic and bold aromas.
Rewarded by the press and internationally recognized, Metté embodies the rigor, emotion, and elegance of Alsace eaux-de-vie.
