The Joseph Drouhin domain and its Chambolle Musigny have been organically grown since 1990 and biodynamically grown a few years later.
Characterized as lace and silk wines by Véronique Boss-Drouhin.
They are harvested by hand in small pierced crates in order to preserve the integrity of the fruit.
Aged in barrels, 20% of which are new, for a period of 14 to 18 months.
