Located on the heights of Cornas, Domaine de Saint Pierre benefits from a remarkable south-facing terroir, forming a natural amphitheater that protects the vines from the north winds. The plots, covering 3.9 hectares, are planted on highly decomposed granite soils, mixed with limestone and silt, providing ideal conditions for Syrah. This 100% Syrah cuvée reveals a complex nose of ripe black fruits, violet, black olive, and smoky notes, typical of this steep terroir. On the palate, the wine seduces with its controlled power, dense texture, and fine tannins, with a long, balanced finish. A wine of character and aging potential, it pairs wonderfully with red meats, game, and intensely flavored stews.

Founded in 1834 on the Hermitage hill in Tain-l’Hermitage, the Paul Jaboulet Aîné estate oversees an exceptional winemaking heritage, bringing together the most renowned terroirs of the northern Rhône Valley. Today, it oversees 105 hectares of vineyards, stretching from Cornas to Côte-Rôtie, in the heart of the most prestigious appellations of the northern Rhône Valley.

Thanks to precise vinification and meticulous work in the vineyards, the estate crafts tailor-made vintages that accurately express the richness and diversity of their terroirs of origin. Since 2016, all of its wines have been certified organic, demonstrating a strong commitment to quality and respect for the environment.
