The Falcoeira Branco estate is located in the Valdeorras region of Galicia, in northwestern Spain. It is a high-altitude vineyard managed by the estate Compañía de Vinos Telmo Rodríguez, set on steep slopes overlooking the Sil Valley.
The Palomino vines are planted mainly on granite soils, which give the wine tension, freshness, and depth. The climate is Atlantic in character, with a strong oceanic influence, moderate temperatures, and a significant diurnal temperature range, allowing for slow and balanced ripening of the grapes.
Work in the vineyard is carried out largely by hand due to the steep terrain and difficult access to the parcels. This approach enables a very precise selection of grapes and a faithful expression of the terroir.
The vineyard follows a philosophy of respect for the landscape and old vines, producing white wines of great precision, combining elegance, complexity, and strong gastronomic potential.
