The Falcoeira A Capilla estate is located in the Valdeorras region of Galicia, in northwestern Spain. It is a high-altitude vineyard set on steep slopes overlooking the valley, where the vines are cultivated under particularly demanding conditions.

The soils are mainly composed of schist and granite, giving the wine a strong mineral identity. The climate is Atlantic in character, with a marked oceanic influence, moderate temperatures, and a significant diurnal range, which promotes slow and even ripening of the grapes.
