From the Pauillac appellation, Château Lafite Rothschild 2013 illustrates the classic, finely sculpted style of the great Médoc First Growths. In this cooler and more delicate vintage, the estate delivers a wine of remarkable finesse, driven by the aromatic precision of Cabernet Sauvignon.

The 2013 vintage is marked by later ripening and low yields, resulting in a wine with a lean, elegant profile. The nose opens with aromas of blackcurrant, black raspberry, and cherry, complemented by notes of cedar, graphite, blond tobacco, and subtle floral hints. Oak ageing remains discreet and seamlessly integrated.

On the palate, the structure is straight and lifted. The tannins are fine, firm yet elegant, supported by a marked freshness that brings tension and length. The finish is subtle and persistent, showing red and black fruits alongside a mineral signature typical of great Pauillac wines.
