Michel Couvreur – Whisky Blossoming Auld Sherried

Dark amber hue, purple reflections. Wine of Jerez, floral scent, vanilla, fruit compotes. Fat, silky, very sweet, powerful and long Palace. A wonderful example of high whiskey only fresh Pedro Ximenez wine was: it represents the balance between the sweetness and herbaceous freshness that only barley can confer: it is eaten as a digestive, chambered, alone, such a warm companion of a winter evening.
