The Whiskey Michel Couvreur Overaged is a blend of single malts whiskeys from 12 to 25 years old. The “single malts” develop the lively and peaty character, the most mature ones give the impression of roundness and complexity. The finished assembly, it ripens in fresh drums of Pedro Ximenez in the moderately humid cellar to give it a cohesion and a very soft impression. This Wisky is the fruit of the search for a balance between the nervousness of pure malts and the deep maturity of the oldest. It is preferably consumed fresh (14-15 ° C), as aperitif as in digestif.
