La Braccesca extends over 418 hectares, made up of two very distinct parts: the historic heart is located in Montepulciano, with 102 hectares of vineyards on the most beautiful plots; the other, with 154 hectares, is located at the foot of the hills around Cortona.

Intense aromas of ripe cherries and red fruits dominate the nose, but are beautifully balanced with hints of vanilla and subtle spices. Full mouthfeel with silky tannins and a long, pleasant finish. One of the finest Sangioveses.

This wine comes from a 15 hectare vineyard located in Santa Pia, one of the most prestigious production areas of Vino Nobile di Montepulciano. This vineyard is planted exclusively with Prugnolo Gentile, carefully selected year after year with the aim of obtaining a vintage capable of expressing the essence of this prestigious terroir.
