Alvaro Palacios Priorat L’Ermita 2005 3L BIO

Located in the small Tarragona town of Gratallops , the Álvaro Palacios winery perfectly represents the essence of the Mediterranean and the spirit of the Priorat area . This winery can boast of having obtained 100 Parker points with one of its wines.

L’Ermita is a blend of 85% Garnacha with some parts Cariñena and Cabernet Sauvignon . Deep and inky in hue, the 2005 release is blessed with a heavenly bouquet of black cherry, wild red berries, fennel and earth. Remarkably refined and perfectly balanced, the palate is deeply expressive and complex, culminating in an extraordinarily long, mineral-infused finish.
