A harmonious red Burgundy. A lovely, luminous ruby colour. A very fragrant nose of wild cherry, liquorice and sweet spices, evolving towards notes of undergrowth and mushroom. On the palate, a fine balance of tannin, freshness and body. The finish is reminiscent of red fruit.
The hazards of the 2022 vintage have had a major impact on yields, with the smallest harvest Burgundy has ever seen. The reds are harmonious and elegant, with lower alcohol concentrations than in previous vintages. A vintage with a rather Burgundian style that will leave plenty of room for fruit and freshness.
