Fruit of the Domaine des Pierrelles, Côte Rôtie reflects the identity of the great terroirs of the Rhône Valley that gave birth to it.

Prestigious reference of the Rhone Valley, the Domaine des Pierrelles watches over a vineyard of 1.5 hectares extended in Côte Blonde. Entered into the domain of Domaines Paul Jaboulet Aîné in 2006, Domaine des Pierrelles will reveal the first vintage of the Côte Rôtie cuvée in 2009.

A 100% Syrah cuvée, the Côte Rôtie Domaine des Pierrelles from Maison Paul Jaboulet Aîné comes from plots of vines between 20 and 30 years old located on mica schist soils with outcropping bedrock soils. This Côte Rôtie is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels (including 20% ​​new wood).

Endowed with great elegance, the Côte Rôtie from Domaine des Pierrelles from Maison Paul Jaboulet Aîné offers a pure and intense aromatic bouquet marked by the presence of notes of red and black berries. The nose reveals notes reminiscent of black olive, spicy scents punctuated by delicate notes of dried flowers.
