Produced from a strict selection of vineyard parcels within the estate, it benefits from the same expertise and high standards as the Grand Vin, while expressing a more accessible and immediate personality.

The 2025 vintage stands out with a refined bouquet of fresh red and black fruits, dominated by cherry, raspberry, and blackcurrant, accompanied by delicate floral notes of violet and subtle hints of cedar and fine spices. On the palate, the texture is silky, precise, and harmonious, supported by fine, perfectly integrated tannins. The wine reveals great purity of expression, a signature of the great wines of Margaux.

Balanced, elegant, and refined, Pavillon Rouge 2025 offers notable depth while remaining approachable in its youth. It pairs perfectly with delicate red meats, roasted poultry, or subtle gourmet cuisine.

The Estate – Château Margaux

Located in the heart of the Margaux appellation, Château Margaux is one of the most iconic and prestigious wine estates in Bordeaux. Classified as a First Growth (Premier Grand Cru Classé) in the 1855 Classification, it is renowned worldwide for the elegance, finesse, and exceptional consistency of its wines.

The estate extends over remarkable terroirs of deep gravel soils and clay-limestone subsoils, ideally suited to the expression of Cabernet Sauvignon, the dominant grape variety of the vineyard. The château’s historic expertise, combined with an extremely strict selection process, allows the production of wines with outstanding aromatic precision and remarkable ageing potential.

Pavillon Rouge du Château Margaux is the estate’s second wine. It is produced from a careful selection of younger vines and lots not included in the Grand Vin. Nevertheless, it benefits from the same meticulous vinification and ageing process, giving it the distinctive style of Château Margaux in a more accessible and immediate expression.
