Le Petit Mouton de Mouton Rothschild 2018 is the second wine of the prestigious Château Mouton Rothschild. Sourced from the great terroir of Pauillac, this 2018 vintage—shaped by exceptional climatic conditions—delivers a powerful, precise and highly harmonious wine. It faithfully reflects the style of the grand vin while being more approachable in its youth.

The nose opens with intense aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry and black cherry, complemented by notes of cedar, graphite, vanilla and fine spices. On the palate, the texture is velvety, with fine yet structured tannins and notable depth. The finish is long, fresh and elegant, typical of the great wines of Pauillac.

The Estate

Château Mouton Rothschild is one of the most prestigious estates in the Médoc, classified as a First Growth in the 1855 Classification. Owned by the Rothschild family, it is renowned for its wines of great richness, its unique artistic identity, and its exceptional ageing potential. The estate also produces a second wine, Le Petit Mouton, made from younger vineyard selections.
