Pauillac AOC
The second wine of the prestigious Château Pichon Baron, Tourelles de Longueville elegantly expresses all the nobility of the Pauillac terroir. Crafted from a rigorous selection of vineyard plots and produced with the same care as the Grand Vin, it captivates with its refined style, balance, and beautiful aromatic expression.
The 2025 vintage reveals an intense bouquet of blackcurrant, blackberry, and black cherry, complemented by delicate notes of cedar, sweet spices, and graphite. The palate is generous and harmonious, supported by silky tannins and remarkable freshness that brings precision and length. The wine offers a faithful expression of Pauillac, combining controlled power, elegance, and excellent ageing potential.
A wine of character that can be enjoyed in its youth for its vibrant fruit while continuing to evolve beautifully over the coming years. An ideal companion to grilled red meats, rack of lamb, or mature cheeses.
Located in the heart of the Pauillac appellation, Château Pichon Baron ranks among the most prestigious estates of the Médoc. Classified as a Second Growth (Deuxième Grand Cru Classé) in the historic 1855 Classification, it benefits from an exceptional terroir of deep gravel soils, ideally suited to the cultivation of Cabernet Sauvignon.
Les Tourelles de Longueville is one of the estate’s emblematic wines. Its name refers to the famous turrets that adorn the château. The grapes are sourced primarily from the Sainte-Anne vineyard parcel, which is predominantly planted with Merlot. This gives the wine a more charming, approachable and fruit-forward style than the Grand Vin, while preserving the elegance and distinctive character of Pauillac.
A true gateway into the world of Pichon Baron, Les Tourelles de Longueville seduces with its generous fruit, silky texture and remarkable balance. It faithfully reflects the estate’s expertise and craftsmanship and can be enjoyed relatively young while still offering excellent ageing potential.
