Château Simone – Palette Rosé 2021

A rosé made from Grenache, Mourvèdre and Cinsault grapes, supplemented by secondary varieties, this is Provence’s most unusual rosé. Its deep colour is reminiscent of Burgundy reds in certain vintages… Vinified with the aim of making a wine in its own right, it has never fallen foul of fashion and offers, vintage after vintage, just as much uniqueness. Its vinosity is its main quality, and its structure means it can be aged for ten years or more. Enthusiasts will not be mistaken. This rosé is for them.

Our food suggestion: Try it with poultry curries, tomato and mozzarella salads, grilled fish, prawns or meat, or chicken tortillas with peppers.
