Mas de Daumas Gassac – Rosé Frizant 2022

This ethereal sparkling wine is a small miracle of lightness and fruit with lovely notes of wild strawberries.
Resulting from bleeding at low temperature, the wine then ferments in closed vats, before being placed between 3 and 4 months in stainless steel vats.
The pink robe lets the aromas of fruit exhale. On the palate, this cuvée quenches the thirst and surprises with its gourmet side. It looks like fruit juice, with extra fine bubbles.
This rosé will be perfect as an aperitif, but it can also be savored with couscous dishes, paella, pizza, or as a dessert with chocolate mousse, apricot tart, cream brulée and chocolate cakes.
