The floral and very fresh nose reveals aromas of pear and grapefruit. A great freshness in mouth carried on the fruit, with a hint of chalk aroma. The finish is mineral, persistent and with a nice salinity.
This wine is an excellent choice to accompany seafood, fish dishes, salads and mild cheeses. It is recommended to serve it chilled, at a temperature of about 10°C.
Tokaji wines are often known for their ability to age and develop more complex flavors over time, so it is possible that this wine will continue to improve over the years.
