Located in the heart of the Saint-Julien appellation on the Left Bank of Bordeaux, Château du Glana 2025 expresses with precision and elegance the classic style of the great wines of the region. Benefiting from an ideally exposed gravel terroir, the estate produces wines renowned for their balance, fine tannic structure, and consistency.

Mainly made from Cabernet Sauvignon, complemented by Merlot, this vintage reveals a refined and expressive bouquet. The aromas open with notes of blackcurrant, black cherry, and blackberry, followed by delicate hints of cedar, blond tobacco, liquorice, and gentle spices, typical of Saint-Julien wines.

On the palate, the wine is defined by its harmonious structure and natural elegance. The tannins are fine, precise, and well-integrated, providing a solid yet smooth framework without harshness. Château du Glana – Estate of Saint-Julien

Château du Glana is a property located in the heart of the Saint-Julien appellation on the Left Bank of Bordeaux, between some of the most prestigious classified growths of the region. The estate benefits from a privileged location on deep gravel soils, ideally suited to the cultivation of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.

The vineyard covers approximately 60 hectares, with a large portion concentrated around the château. The well-drained gravel soils promote even ripening of the grapes and allow the production of structured, elegant wines that are typical of Saint-Julien.

The vineyard is mainly planted with Cabernet Sauvignon, complemented by Merlot. This classic Left Bank blend produces wines that are both powerful, balanced, and suitable for ageing, while maintaining fine aromatic precision.

The estate has undergone significant qualitative development, with particular attention paid to vineyard management and parcel selection. Harvesting is carried out at optimal ripeness to preserve fruit purity and terroir expression.

Vinification is conducted with precision, aiming for balance between extraction, elegance, and respect for the fruit. Ageing in French oak barrels is carefully managed to add structure and complexity without dominating the wine’s style.
