The vines, aged between 40 and 95 years, are cultivated using stakes, a traditional method that allows for optimal aeration of the grape clusters. Founded in 1834 in Tain-l’Hermitage, the Paul Jaboulet Aîné estate is one of the historic names in the Northern Rhône Valley. It has distinguished itself through its expertise in prestigious appellations such as Hermitage, Crozes-Hermitage, Cornas, Saint-Joseph, Condrieu, and Côte-Rôtie.

Since 2006, it has been led by Caroline Frey, a committed oenologist and winemaker, who has injected new life into quality by shifting all of its vineyards toward organic and biodynamic viticulture.
