Château Lynch-Moussas 2019 showcases the full quality of this Fifth Growth from Pauillac. Benefiting from particularly favourable weather conditions, the 2019 vintage produced perfectly ripe grapes, resulting in a wine that combines concentration, freshness and elegance. True to the estate’s style, it offers remarkable precision and excellent ageing potential.

The nose reveals aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry and black cherry, complemented by notes of cedar, graphite, blond tobacco, liquorice and delicate spices. On the palate, the attack is broad and silky, supported by fine, perfectly integrated tannins. The structure is harmonious and well balanced, with vibrant freshness leading to a long, persistent and elegant finish.

The Estate

Owned by the Castéja family since 1919, Château Lynch-Moussas is one of the emblematic estates of Pauillac. Classified as a Fifth Growth in the 1855 Classification, its vineyard is predominantly planted with Cabernet Sauvignon on the renowned deep gravel soils of the Médoc. Through meticulous vineyard management and careful winemaking, the estate produces elegant, well-structured wines celebrated for their outstanding ageing potential.
